Sleeping bag is a must and it comes in different sizes for the kids and
adults and different quality choose the best you like with light weight
to carry easily.
A first aid kit containing the essential medicines, band aid, scissors,
creams and lotions for scrapes and burns is to be taken while making a camp,
as there you may not hospitals nearby for immediate care.
Apart from camp fire you need a cooking stove either a portable propane
stove or charcoal grill. It will help if it starts raining and camp fire
could not be made.
Sufficient amount of cooked and easily heated food should be taken so that
you won’t fall short of food. Remember you will feel hungrier during the
camping time because of traveling and over exhaustion due to walking, trekking,
and swimming.
